I have contacted Kitchenaid corporate and asked them about this rumor. I explained that the mixers are not going out of business, but the people behind this website are just scamming innocent buyers. I did ask them if they would be issuing refunds to anyone who had bought a new one because of this scam.

It was there that he came up with the name “KitchenAid”. He originally wanted to call it the “Kitch Aid”, but he had some trouble with a copyright issue, so he changed it.
Today they make a line of Stand Mixers called KSM150PSA. These are all made in this same factory by a select number of employees, who have had training on how to build KitchenAid Stand Mixers.
