Costco is selling KitchenAid mixers at a discounted price and they’re not the same mixers that you’ll find in retail stores. If you purchase a mixer directly from the manufacturer, you have their unconditional five year warranty and toll free customer service department available to help with any questions or concerns.

The mixers sold on Costco’s website come with a one year limited warranty. However, they do have a 30 day return policy. So if you purchase one of these mixers and decide that it doesn’t meet your expectations, it can be returned within thirty days of purchase for an exchange or refund of your purchase price.
